do uso de telemedicina, com foco no Brasil e na<\/strong>

Medicina). Ser\u00e3o abordados alguns pontos desta <\/strong>
resolu\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 pr\u00e1tica atual, lembrando <\/strong>
que estas informa\u00e7\u00f5es poder\u00e3o ser alteradas em <\/strong>
breve, pois logo em seguida \u00e0 publica\u00e7\u00e3o desta<\/strong>
resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, a mesma foi revogada para ajustes.<\/strong>

Titulo: ETL of SI3 ePR data to OMOP CDM<\/strong>

Resumo: In this presentation we discuss about the <\/strong>
extract-transform-and-load (ETL) process from the <\/strong>
Electronic Patient Records (ePR) at the Heart Institute <\/strong>
(InCor) to the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM) <\/strong>
format. We describe the initial database characterization,
relational source mappings, selection filters, data <\/strong>
transformations and patient de-identification using <\/strong>
the open-source OHDSI tools and SQL scripts. We <\/strong>
evaluate the resulting InCor-CDM database by <\/strong>
recreating the same patient cohort from a previous <\/strong>
reference study (over the original data source) and <\/strong>
comparing the cohorts\u2019 descriptive statistics and <\/strong>
inclusion reports. The results exhibit that up to 91% of
the reference patients were retrieved by our method <\/strong>
from the ePR through InCor-CDM, with AUC=0.938. <\/strong>
The results indicate that the method that we employed <\/strong>
was able to produce a new database that was both <\/strong>
consistent with the original data and in accordance <\/strong>
to the OMOP CDM standard.<\/strong> <\/td><\/tr>
